I’m pretty well placed to help people in senior posts in organisations to come to terms with and address issues that they have with coping with stress, challenges and growth. Partly this is helped by having been in those positions myself over the years, but from a coaching perspective it’s more about helping to take an objective view of an issue and work through ways to address.

I would normally take on a client relationship by meeting up front for a ‘taster’ session, then proposing 3-6 sessions either as a two way contract, or, occasionally, a three way contract with a line manager.
