Hmm, not unlike being an Exeter City fan … we have just tipped over the crest of the wave that swept us up two divisions in two seasons and kept us up last season … but is almost certainly about to dump us unceremoniously back down to our natural position in the 3rd/4th division in old money …
Norwich at least have a right to be in the Prem having been there most of the past 30 years or more. ECFC haven’t had a Bayern moment though, a nil-nil at Old Trafford was a good as it got since I’ve been on the planet.
Norwich will stay up this season and Holt will get his elevation to his permanent place in history amongst the fans. He’s great to watch and makes everyone smile – there have been lots of CFs like him over the years. But my memory is going so I’ll have to name one later …

A splendid account of a predicament many of us have faced….. However, with regard to your concerns about tuition ((tuition fees + food/board + inflation) * 3-5 years * 4 emus), I must remind you of the SLC – so all you really have to worry about is to start subbing them cash about half way through each term, until the next installment comes through….

A splendid account of a tale which has befallen most of us unfortunately…. However, regarding the concern about fees x inflation x living costs x 4, don’t get worked up about it too much – that’s what the SLC is for, so the junior emus borrow it all, then when they are earning, they can pay it all back – all you have to do is start subbing them cash halfway through each term until they receive the next installment….

Hi. I’d missed The Emu. Then I went to Spain for a nice long stay. Now I’m back for a while and just indulged in a nice catch up. Great stuff. Looks like life in Emu land is as wondrous as ever.
